Shipping Policy for Blue Cedar Studios

Thanks for ordering from Blue Cedar Studios! We’re excited for you to receive your order. This policy outlines how we handle shipping for all orders within the UK.
Processing Your Order
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Please note that during busy periods, such as new collection launches or holidays, processing times might be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This service aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched from our studio.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location within the UK. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Proof of Delivery: Royal Mail 48 Tracked typically provides proof of delivery. If you’re not home to receive your package, Royal Mail may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to your local sorting office for collection. Please refer to your tracking information for updates and instructions.
- Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a sorting office, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We pack every order with great care to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@bluecedarstudios.com (within 24-48 hours of delivery if possible). Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the artwork. This will help us resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently.
- Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@bluecedarstudios.com. We’ll investigate with our delivery partner and work to find a solution.
